How is my seafood packaged for shipping?
All orders are packed in heavy-duty insulated coolers with sufficient dry ice or gel packs to maintain a temperature-controlled environment throughout transit.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer overnight and priority shipping options. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are typically processed within 24 hours to ensure your seafood arrives fresh before the weekend.
Do you offer local pickup at the Key Largo docks?
Yes, customers in the Florida Keys area can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect their orders directly from our retail fishery location.
Is your seafood wild-caught or farm-raised?
We specialize in wild-caught Florida Keys seafood, including our famous Stone Crab claws, Pink Shrimp, and local Lobster, sourced directly from our own fleet of boats.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.
How should I store my seafood once it arrives?
Fresh seafood should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 2 days. For longer storage, items should be kept in their vacuum-sealed packaging and placed in the freezer.
