Using only the highest quality fish; wahoo, amberjack, or mahi creates a moist and flavorful product.

Brined for 24 hours, and marinated in our special herbs & spices. Our fish is then smoked over natural Florida Keys Buttonwood, giving our smoked fish a one-of-a-kind flavor.

We use our smoked fish to create our coveted Smoked Fish Dip.
